Shivapuri Nagarkot Trek is one of the finest trekking routes around Kathmandu valley. Shivapuri Nagarkot Trek starts from Budhanilkantha, sleeping Bishnu with snake and continues through a bank of holi Bagmati River and forest. This Shiva Puri – Nagarkot Trek offers a rich insight into the lives, history, culture and religion, together with the daily toil in the fields of its inhabitants. Shivapuri Village (2729m) is a true spirit of Nepalese village experience and hospitality. It is just 25 km from the capital; Kathmandu. This trek offers various activities to keep oneself busy during the stay be it in the form of Nature Treks and Hikes, Bird Watching, Photography or just a simple relaxing leisure. Shivapuri hill (2729m) is the highest point of this trekking. From the top of Shivapuri, we can see western mountain Manaslu, Boudha himal, Ganesh himal range, Langtang range, Dorjeelakpa, shisapangma and Gaurishankar.
Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel by us. Short briefing for the trip. Check in to the Hotel.O/N Hotel.
Day 02 : After Breakfast full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu city and preparation for the Trekking. O/N Hotel.
Day 03 : Kathmandu- Kakani (2093m) driving 1 hour and 1 hour walking and Lunch at forest, 3/4 hours easy walk and camp at Salle, a Tamag Village.
Day 04 : Salle Gau - Shivapuri (2563m) Lunch at Bhati Chaur then trek to Shivapuri Hill. Camp at Shivapuri Hill,
Day 05 : Shivapuri- Chauki-Banjang (1800m) Lunch at Chisapani then trek to Chauki Vanjang. Camp at Chauki bhanjyang
Day 06 : Chauki Banjang- Nagarkot (1985m) Lunch at Pati Vanjang 2-3 hrs. Walking, Camp at Nagarkot or drive back to Kathmandu! 1 driving hour to Kathmandu
Day 07 : Kathmandu Free day for shopping and etc….
Day 08 : Transfer to Airport for the departure.

Day 07 : Kathmandu Free day for shopping and etc….
Day 08 : Transfer to Airport for the departure.
